COMMUNITY SURVEY #2 (VISUAL PREFERENCE)
Zoning is a regulatory tool that influences our daily lives through land use and development, though can sometimes be confusing and prevent change that is needed to implement the goals of the City’s Comprehensive Plan. Reimagine Sun Prairie is a collaborative effort to update the Zoning Code to implement the city’s adopted plans to create a framework to guide a more prosperous and inclusive future.
The NEW Zoning Code will incorporate physical design criteria intended to create a predictable built environment by addressing the relationship between building design and the street, the form and size of building in relation to one another, and the scale and types of streets and blocks.

This Visual Preference Survey includes examples of buildings and sites to solicit your comments. The survey is intended to complement other engagement activities to gain feedback to help share the new code. After completing it, you can enter to win a local mystery prize!
