COVID-19 Survey for ELO Programs in Washington

Your responses to this survey will help School's Out Washington (SOWA) to identify open programs and monitor the state of expanded learning in Washington State during the ongoing COVID-19 crisis. With your help, we can better tailor our support to your programs through coaching and training, and can advocate to funders and policy makers on behalf of the field.

This survey will ask for information about your organization, and about the availability of programming at particular program sites. You can report on up to five sites using this survey. If you have information on additional sites, please contact Jarrod Hamerly (jhamerly@schoolsoutwashington.org), who can work with you to collect information on these sites.
