As people who live and work in this community, you are in the best position to know what is happening in this neighborhood and how it is affecting safety and quality of life. This survey is designed to give us important information about your opinions about South Park's 8th & Cloverdale area.
The purpose of the survey is to gain valuable insight into public safety problems and the level of community involvement at this place. The survey is also designed to get your opinions about this place's safety and quality of life. We value your opinions and hope that they will help us to develop a more effective public safety response.
This survey is completely anonymous and none of the questions asked are designed to identify you as a specific person. We estimate that this survey will take approximately five minutes to complete.
