First Tech Federal Credit Union 2024 Season of Giving |
During this Season of Giving (November 1 - November 30), we invite you to nominate a nonprofit organization that you are passionate about to receive end of year funding from First Tech Federal Credit Union.
The five nonprofit organizations that receive the most nominations will each be awarded $10,000.
To qualify, the nonprofit organization must:
- Be a registered 501(c)3 organization with the IRS
- Fit within First Tech’s grant-making focus areas (Education and Fundamental Needs)
- Follow First Tech's Giving Guidelines*

*First Tech's Giving Guidelines:
Eligible nonprofit nominations must be registered 501(c)3 organizations with the IRS.
First Tech is unable to send charitable contribution to the following entities:
- Individuals
- Political organizations
- Religious organizations (for example, churches and synagogues) however, some secular community service programs such as soup kitchens, shelters for the homeless, and job banks are eligible, even when sponsored by religious groups
- Organizations whose charters discriminate based on religion, sexual orientation, race, etc.
- Chambers of Commerce
- Service clubs
- GoFundMe or other individual or non-501(c)3 fundraising initiatives
- Organizations or contributions from which any member, employee, First Tech Board and Committee member or any immediate family member receives a direct economic or other benefit based upon the charitable contribution
