- Effectiveness of services provided
- Number of clients affected
- Financial stewardship

The "SOF for Life" Steering Group will assess each submission and may schedule a time for your organization to brief its capabilities. As part of executing due diligence, the Steering Group will also conduct informal interviews with your organization's clients, board members, or other stakeholders. The "SOF for Life" Steering Group will then make a determination as to whether your organization will join the "SOF for Life" network of partner organizations.
