The Marion & Polk System of Care has engaged in a comprehensive strategic planning process. Through this process, we have engaged with many community partners, youth, and families, to determine our mission, vision, values, areas of need, and goals.
 
We are now gathering feedback and suggestions on actions steps we could take to accomplish each of the identified goals, listed within this survey. 
 
The results of this survey will be used to inform action steps listed within the strategic plan. Once developed, a final draft of the strategic plan will be available on the Marion Polk System of Care website.
