LABS SoCal January 2020 Pre-Assessment

These questions should be completed by your Living a Better Story (LABS) Project point person or as a team. We estimate they will take 15-20 minutes to complete and request that you submit this information before arriving at the first summit on January 21. We understand this is a short timeline, so if you're unable to complete it before the summit we will ask you to complete it in-person during the summit.
