Niagara Health has identified numerous outdoor spaces to be incorporated into the design of the future South Niagara Site. We are asking you to reflect on your past experiences at Niagara Health, to provide feedback on overall design elements that should be included in the various outdoor spaces of the landscape design at the future hospital.

* 4. The Community Plaza at the future South Niagara Site is planned to be a public open space with seating areas and walkways. The Community Plaza will be located near the Main Entrance of the hospital and be a multi-use area that will include opportunities for community engagement.

* 5. The Seniors Wellness Garden at the future South Niagara Site will be located directly beside the seniors' wellness program and public space. It will be a multi-use area, that will provide outdoor seating with views to nature. The space will be designed to accommodate mobility devices.

* 6. The Gateway Plaza at the future South Niagara Site will be located at the corner of Montrose Road and Biggar Road in Niagara Falls, a major intersection. This outdoor space will pay tribute and celebrate the site of the hospital and will acknowledge the entrance into the neighbourhood.
