The Bereavement Services 'Birch Leaf Campaign' for Dying Matters Month

The Bereavement Services Team at Nottingham University Hospitals are proud to introduce a special initiative, open to all bereaved people that have a connection with the Queen's Medical Centre Hospital. It is the services way of acknowledging 'Dying Matters' this May, and was made possible due to a kind donation from the Nottingham University Hospital Pantomime.
