The Seattle Municipal Court (SMC) is transforming the probation system to be more equitable and supportive for client success. We need your input to make those improvements in the following areas: reporting to probation; case planning; and progress reports.
Based upon your level of response to the survey questions, it could take about 5 minutes or more to complete. You will need to complete your survey in one sitting and will not be able to return to the survey when you hit "done" at the end of the survey. Use the template provided to prepare your responses in advance.
The survey will remain open until August 17, 2022. Your responses will be anonymous. Thank you for your help!
