Survey Introduction

The Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) is conducting a comprehensive review of its Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice. This survey - as part of the second phase of the project - is intended to gather feedback on proposed revisions to the Standards of Practice.  
We thank you in advance for your time and valued contributions to this important initiative.  

 
About the survey: 
  • The survey will take approximately 20 minutes to complete 
  • We recommend setting aside time before completing the survey to review the revised Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice 
  • Once you begin the survey you will need to finish it and cannot come back to complete it later  
  • You do not have to answer every question  
  • We have highlighted the key revisions to each section 
  • Survey responses are anonymous and will be handled in a secure manner to protect confidentiality and privacy 
  • Please note: The final revised Standards of Practice will also include links, where indicated, to relevant resources to further support registrants in their practice
