The Skyline College Office of Planning, Research, & Institutional Effectiveness is conducting the following survey to better understand students’ experiences accessing admissions & records services at Skyline College, as part of the Admissions & Records (A&R) Department's comprehensive program review process.
The focus of this survey is on students who applied to Skyline College for the Summer 2024 and/or Fall 2024 semesters. If you applied to Skyline College outside of these terms, you may still complete the survey; please indicated the term in Question 1.
Your feedback is important for helping to inform improvements to services. Your participation in this survey is entirely voluntary and has no impact on your grades. The results of this survey will remain confidential; summary data and de-identified responses will be provided back to the A&R Team.
