Meerilinga Service Philosophy: Have Your Say |
Meerilinga greatly values the feedback of our families and community. Our early learning services have the opportunity and responsibility to positively shape your child’s development.
Our Philosophy for Early Education embeds a partnership and the shared values of our staff and families and is underpinned by research and evidence based practice. We believe that the child, family and environment are interconnected and each of these present risks and opportunities for learning and development.
The first five years for a child are critical. Research tells us that a person’s life successes are determined in their early years; areas such as health and emotional well-being are inherently affected and shaped during this time. There is fundamental growth in physical, emotional and mental awareness taking place, and at a rapid rate.
