Tell St. Joseph Medical Center - Tacoma that you support a fair contract for nurses!

I support the registered nurses at St. Joseph Medical Center and their demands for a fair contract that includes contractual guarantees to keep nurses and patients safe. I am very concerned about reports that nurses at St. Joseph Medical Center are stretched to their limit due to increased patient loads. And, I am concerned that support staff to help them do their jobs have been cut back or eliminated.

When I go to the hospital, or a friend or family member goes to the hospital, I need to know we are safe. I need to know we will get excellent nursing care. That’s why I am calling on St. Joseph Medical Center administration to bargain in good faith with the Washington State Nurses Association to reach a contract that meets nurses’ reasonable demands for safe staffing.
