SHS appreciates the contributions of each and every employee, and wishes to acknowledge those who go above and beyond to provide the highest quality health care to our community by bringing excellence, value, and service together to promote, improve, and restore health.  To recognize a deserving employee, please place the completed form in a nomination box, drop it off at Human Resources, or e-mail it to HumanResourcesDepartment@swhealth.org.  The Employee Recognition Committee will publish all nominees at the beginning of the month.
