I am looking for ambitious, busy professional women who are struggling with consistency in their health goals to achieve true work.life.balance, to take my survey below.  You’ve experienced burnout before and want to avoid it in the future.  You love your families but let work responsibilities get in the way of feeling present or spending quality time with loved ones as much as you’d like.  

You want to create healthier work boundaries but have a hard time saying no or feel your work is your only outlet.  You recognize the importance of self care but have a hard time prioritizing yourself.  You want to create long lasting healthy habits and kick old ones that aren’t serving you, for good.  And you are someone who understands the importance of eating healthy, exercising, practicing mindfulness techniques, and seeks out self help books or podcasts to help from time-to-time.  If this sounds like you, I would be so grateful if you could take my survey.
