Thank you for your interest in the award-winning Strengthening Families Program (SFP 10-14).

We are still accepting new families for the current session which began on Thursday, October 10!

SFP 10-14 is a free seven-week program that helps families successfully navigate the early adolescent years.

Along with helping your youth make healthy decisions for themselves SFP 10-14 has been shown to improve their mental health well into their early twenties.

Along the way everyone learns how to get along better and have fun together!

If you have younger children, we offer FREE childcare for children under the age of 10.
We also cook for you so you can relax around the table together for a free hot meal.
