Who can be my Authorized Representative?

An authorized representative can be any person who can physically view your Form I-9 documents and complete the required information
An authorized representative can be your spouse, coworker, bank teller, or member of the public.
You may not act as an authorized representative for your own Form I-9.

Horizontal will follow-up with an email link to DocuSign for you AND your authorized signer to complete the process. The DocuSign will include your original Form I-9 to review and update if you present the same documents.

If you will not be submitting the same documents that you originally provided, you will also have the option to upload new documents with completion of a new section 2 by the authorized representative. This will be routed electronically to your authorized signer.

You must have the authorized signer view your documents in-person prior to their completion of the DocuSign.
