Sustainable Serviceware Survey

Thank you for responding to our brief survey. It should take less than 5 minutes to complete. We will be discussing the results at the Take Care Summit on November 9th.

As part of our NOAA Sea Grant-funded project “Cape Cod Coalition to Shift Tourism Businesses to Sustainable Serviceware” to reduce the waste associated with single use plastic, we are surveying Capewide food establishments about their sustainability practices.  Our grant focuses on building a coalition in order to work together towards solutions.  To better understand current practices and challenges we need to gather some information from our Cape and Islands business community.

Definitions: Sustainable serviceware is defined as products that are less harmful to the environment. Reusable is defined as a product such as silverware, plates, cups, etc. that is cleaned and reused multiple times.
