A Leadership Experience

The Sumter EMC Youth Leadership Experience gives high school junior and seniors the opportunity to develop leadership and networking skills and learn about electric cooperatives. The program will offer a variety of experiences within the electric cooperative, leadership activities, and trips that will expose the students to the history of rural electrification and the operation of the co-op at the local and state levels.
