Tell us what you think about visiting our Centre 33 hubs Introduction We want to know what you think about the rooms in our hubs, and what we can do to make these spaces as welcoming and comfortable for you as possible when you visit. We will be asking you specifically about our waiting areas, and our one-to-one rooms. What we mean by… Hubs – these are the Centre 33 buildings you come to for appointments, groups, or drop-in. We have five hubs across the county in Cambridge, Ely, Wisbech, Huntingdon and Peterborough. Waiting room – this is the area that you (and/or anyone you come with) would first visit and then usually sit in when you are waiting. One-to-one room – these are the smaller rooms we use to have individual conversations with you, for example a chat at drop-In, or a booked appointment. The things you tell us in this short survey will be used to help us review and refresh our hub spaces. There are up to 21 questions and it should only take 5-10 minutes to fill out. There may be some limitations to the changes we can make, and when we share our response to this survey, we will explain what is and isn’t possible to change and why. Your involvement in this survey won’t affect any support you access at Centre 33, and you can answer it anonymously. As a thank you for your time, everyone who completes the survey will have the chance to enter a prize-draw to win one of five £10 vouchers (either Amazon, cafe, or book voucher). Next
