The conference will be held at the Renaissance Newport Beach Hotel, April 3-6, 2025. Selected presenters, once confirmed, will be expected to register for the conference and will receive a reduced-rate speaker registration for each symposium/workshop presenter.

Symposia/workshop submissions will be considered and selected based on scientific and/or educational merit. Topics that relate to the conference theme will receive highest priority (Conference theme: "Cultivating Interconnections of Acupuncture and Traditional East Asian Medicine Research").

Please note: Symposia submissions must have between 3-5 presenters, each presenting different yet related talks. Each selected symposia will be allotted 1.5 hours total (presentations and time for Q & A). Workshop submissions may have one or more presenters, but will be allotted a total 2-hour timeframe (including Q&A) for a more hands-on format.
