Introduction

The Saskatchewan Association of Health Organizations, Inc. (SAHO) is committed to improving the accessibility of its services.

The Accessible Saskatchewan Act (ASA) became law on December 3, 2023. The ASA requires all public bodies to develop an accessibility plan to identify, remove, and prevent accessibility barriers for people who are in or interact with their organization. Your responses to this survey will assist in the development of SAHO's Accessibility Plan.

If you are helping someone to take part in this survey, please provide answers about that individual’s experience only, including the demographic questions (gender, age, and ability status).
