Invitation to participate: SADAG Online Survey on Covid-19 and Mental Health

We would like to invite you to take part in our short 7 minute survey on your recent experiences. We really need your help to fill in this survey, you can withdraw your participation at any time and you are free to leave out questions, if you like. 

We are living in challenging times. The global outbreak of COVID-19 and the nationwide lockdown mean that we have all had to dramatically change our daily routines, our exercise and eating habits, and how we connect with our family, loved ones and friends. This is a challenging time for all of us. We all need to focus on our positive mental health during this time.

As we all endeavour to adjust to the new rules and guidelines of social distancing, self-isolation, quarantine and, the 21-day nationwide lockdown, SADAG asks for your assistance in helping us to understand your needs and fears so we are better equipped to assist you.
