Welcome to our survey.

This survey is meant for anyone who is already a parent or legal guardian of a child aged birth-to-five years old, or who are expectant parents or legal guardians in the next two years.

The purpose of this survey is to collect data to be used for analytical purposes to better understand the ongoing child care crisis affecting children aged birth-to-five in Linn, Benton, and Lincoln Counties. The Early Learning Hub seeks to know how the crisis affects you personally, as well as desiring your honest rating of various child care preferences.

This is an anonymous survey. The results of any one specific survey will not be shared with anyone outside the Early Learning Hub.
