Metro District Transit Oriented Communities Planning Project
|
The City of Phoenix and Metro District Consultant team invite you to provide feedback on conceptual design illustrations representing the community-based vision for a more sustainable, walkable, and safer Metro District. The ideas in this survey represent over a year of community input, technical analysis, and visioning that revealed three catalyst opportunity areas and six big ideas.
The Transit-Oriented Community (TOD) Community Plan is intended to implement more sustainable and walkable communities and is a long-term, 25-year vision for the future of this area. The planning ideas presented here are preliminary visions that will help the City of Phoenix strategize public funding & guide developers towards a unified, intentional vision. The ideas in this survey are focused around three light rail stations:
- Metro Parkway
- Mountain View & 25th Avenue
- 19th Avenue & Dunlap
All responses are anonymous, and your personal information will not be shared with any third parties. This survey will take about 10-15 minutes to complete and will be open until December 20, 2024.
At the end of this survey, you will have the opportunity to provide comments on any topics that are not addressed in this survey. You will also be given the option to enter the raffle, a Castles-n-Coasters Thrill Ride Pass!
