City of Encinitas 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan Community Needs Survey

The City of Encinitas receives Community Development Block Grants (CDBG) from the federal government each year for housing and community development projects. As a member of the Encinitas community, your voice is important! We are seeking your input to help guide how the funds are invested to create a healthy, safe, and thriving Encinitas.

Please complete this survey to help identify community needs. All survey responses are anonymous, and no effort will be made to identify respondents.
