We are serious about play, and we are serious about understanding the impact of our program so that we can better serve you and all future Playmakers. This application includes questions that are used to create your Playmaker University profile, along with a scholarship application (for those who are interested in applying for funding), and a baseline survey. The baseline survey is fast, confidential, and vital to the positive growth of our program.
Your responses to the baseline survey are not evaluated individually. We use them to better understand your experience working with children and to identify areas of strength and opportunity in our program. We GREATLY appreciate your participation!

Important note: Just like we invite our Playmakers to prioritize their Playmaker Care, our team prioritizes it, too. Our Playmaker University admissions team is offline from December 24th until January 3rd to refuel and rejuvenate! If you submit or have submitted your completed application after December 19th, you may not receive your login information until early January. If you have any questions about this, please email us at support@playmakerproject.org, and we will respond to your emails when we return in 2025.
