1. MS uniform shirts

C&J has been our only vendor for Middle School uniform shirts for some time. The current gray shirt will no longer be available after this school year, and we would like to go to an option that will give parents more choices in fabric and in price point. The following survey is designed to let us know what color — of those that are most readily available in the most locations with the most price points — most parents prefer.
