Purpose of the Survey
Thank you for considering participation in this survey. The purpose of this survey is to understand the needs and challenges faced by veterans in Palm Beach County across various areas, including healthcare, employment, housing, financial assistance, mental health services, community engagement, mobility assistance, and public safety. The information collected will help improve programs and services for veterans in our community.

Voluntary Participation
Your participation in this survey is entirely voluntary. You may choose not to participate or withdraw from the survey at any time without any penalty or loss of benefits to which you are otherwise entitled.

Survey Procedures
The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. It includes questions about your experiences and opinions as a veteran.

Confidentiality
Your responses are anonymous and confidential. No personal identifiable information will be collected unless you choose to provide it for follow-up purposes. The data will be analyzed in aggregate form, and no individual responses will be shared or published.
