SPIL Questionnaire

The Statewide Independent Living Council of Louisiana is in the midst of developing the State Plan for Independent Living (SPIL), a three-year plan to improve Independent Living Services.  The purpose of this questionnaire is to solicit input from the community which in turn, will enable the Statewide Independent Living Council to develop appropriate goals, objectives and activities within the SPIL. Your participation in the survey below greatly contributes in the SILC's efforts to improve Independent Living services in Louisiana.
