This form will indicate which sport your child wants to play over the summer of 2020-21. The information on this form will be given to the Sports Coordinators of each sport and more information about Association registration will be sent specifically to each child that chooses each option.

For Non-BCGS community sports you will need to ensure you contact the appropriate club and register directly with them. The information gathered here for Community Sports is just for the schools reference.
