What is this survey and why am I taking it?

The Town of Rose Hill would like to thank you for your time and interest in shaping the Town’s future. These questions are being asked of you so that we may begin to determine what is important to you in Rose Hill now, and what is important to you for the future of your town. Your answers will be the foundation for the development of the Future Land Use Map as well as Goals, Policies and Actions to achieve the future vision for the Town of Rose Hill.

Why is this Comprehensive Plan something I should be concerned about?

This Comprehensive Land Use Plan will be the guiding document for the Town of Rose Hill elected officials and staff when making land use decisions as well as when forming land use policies. The plan will also help inform and educate outside parties of the Town of Rose Hill, so they are aware of what is important to the residents of the Town and the types of growth and development that are considered desirable and needed.
