Applicants agree to the following terms and conditions should they be awarded a Boston Marathon invitational entry:

1. Recipients must be a resident of Newton or affiliated with a charity organization in Newton.

2. Recipients must complete and submit the entry waiver.

3. Recipients must register and pay the non-refundable BAA entry fee or the entry will be forfeited and returned to the City.

4. Recipients must fundraise a minimum donation amount of $5,000 using the BAA GivenGain online fundraising platform. Details will be provided.
(Failure to raise the minimum $5,000 may result in the runner/charity not
receiving a bib in subsequent years)

5. Recipients must submit all information on fundraising money raised and totals to the City (atimbers@newtonma.gov) no later than May 2, 2025 — as we are required to supply proof to the BAA that each raised $5,000.

6. Recipients agree to adhere to all terms and conditions set forth by the BAA.
