This survey is part of PCMA's Room Block of the Future research project. Our goal for the study is to put the changing needs of city-wide event attendees at the center of improving the attendee experience.
The results from the first phase of our completed research with city-wide event attendees indicated a significant portion of them want more control of their hotel booking for city-wide events. Attendees cited a number of concerns, including the lack of consistent ability to receive loyalty points and benefits, the inability to make and confirm special requests and a lack of certainty they are receiving the hotel’s best rate.
This phase of our research is designed to gather YOUR feedback on some potential solutions that were developed this summer through a series of industry stakeholder focus groups and 1:1 interviews. In addition, we are also seeking your ideas on how we might innovate to optimize the room booking experience for North American city-wide event attendees.
This survey can be completed in 5-7 minutes and all results are anonymous.
We greatly appreciate your time and perspective.
