Greetings!

The City of Rolla is currently updating its Comprehensive Plan. The Comprehensive Plan is a policy guide used by City staff, the City Council, and the Planning and Zoning Commission for making decisions relating to development, street improvements, public services, and investments in parks and other public amenities and helps to create a vision of what the community could look like.

In order to learn what is needed and desired, this planning process is utilizing a community survey of residents. The purpose of this survey is to identify the needs and desires of those who live in and around Rolla. We are going to ask questions about you and Rolla’s neighborhoods, housing, and community amenities. We will use your responses to create a Comprehensive Plan that articulates the community’s vision for Rolla for the next 10 to 15 years .

This survey consists of 28 multiple choice questions and four (4) optional open-ended questions. Completing this survey will take approximately 9 to 12 minutes. Responses to the survey are strictly confidential. Individual responses will not be shared with anyone. We appreciate your time and your input to help make Rolla an even better place to live, work, visit, and play!
