Reimbursement information
If you traveled to the event from outside the event city, please fill in your information in order to be reimbursed for your travel costs. Please submit your receipts and information by the deadline given.
You must fill in the survey completely and submit it in order to be reimbursed.
If you have any questions about the reimbursements please contact heidi.tiainen@fulbright.fi.
If you do not wish to include your bank details on the questionnaire, please write "on file" or "sent separately" on the required fields.
The information you submit will be deleted from SurveyMonkey after the reimbursements have been made.
