A major component of our supportive services is classes and workshops to help clients and resident learn, grow and become the healthiest versions of themselves. We currently offer one online class (via Zoom), every Wednesday from 5:00 p.m.- 6:00 p.m. Currently, we rotate teachers and are always working to develop and locate new curriculum for these classes. Some that we have offered in the past are; budgeting, organization (paperwork), menu planning/shopping lists, dream boards, recovery support, attitudes, Triple P Positive Parenting, communication, affirmations, and hands on cleaning. The sky is the limit and this time is used to connect with residents/clients and get them on track and excited about a particular topic.

Francis Court I has 12 units for homeless families. Families typically enter with only a few personal items. One of the amazing blessings they receive is home furnishings and household supplies that are provided by and set up by apartment sponsors. Families who complete the program are able to take the furnishings with them when they exit. This supportive service has been integral to the transition process for so many homeless families, but it is a big job!
