The Joe Louis Greenway Youth Advisory Council is an exciting opportunity for 9th-12th grade students to play an active role in shaping the future of Detroit and its surrounding communities while gaining valuable leadership and problem-solving skills. This Council empowers youth through hands-on learning in Community and Economic Development. Participants will engage in community planning, apply design thinking to solve local challenges. This is a unique opportunity for students to make a meaningful impact in their neighborhoods while building valuable experience for their futures. Youth will receive a stipend for participation.
