Thank you for your interest in The Veterans Consortium's Pro Bono Program, which assists with appeals to the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (Court). The Consortium was created primarily to assist those who have received a final decision from the Board of Veterans Appeals (Board) and want to appeal that decision to the Court. You have 120 days from the date of the Board decision to start your appeal to the Court. If you have a recent and final Board decision, please fill out the following Intake form.
