The aim of this event is to provide small forest owners with the opportunity to interact with forestry professionals and get a better understanding of good forestry practise and the rules and regulations around forestry. Given the recent social pressures around forestry practise this is a opportunity for small forest owners to be part of the improving forestry practise occuring in the Top of the South. And in particular to be more aware of good forestry harvest practises.

This is an event organised by NZ Landcare Trust and Motueka Catchment collective for the Forestry Thematic group of the Motueka Catchment Collective.

We are very appreciative of the highly knowledgeable speakers who have agreed to do this free workshop.
