These awards recognise the individuals who are shaping the future of business by leveraging technology to enhance customer and employee experiences, optimise financial operations, harness the power of data and AI, ensure robust governance, and drive enterprise-wide digital transformation.

The Digital Nation Awards finalists will be invited to join us early for a hour of the ADAPT Digital Edge conference prior the awards ceremony - details to follow.

When is the deadline for entries?

The deadline for entries is 9th May 2025.

The judging process

The awards will be judged by a select panel comprised of the Digital Nation editorial team and guest judges. Event sponsors have no involvement in the judging process.

Please keep your answers to less then 300 words per question.

Winners will be announced at a gala awards dinner on 24th June 2025 at The Fullerton, Sydney
The People Awards will be awarded in the following categories
  1. Customer Experience Transformation Champion – Recognising a Chief Customer Officer, Chief Marketing Officer or CX leader who has revolutionised customer engagement, personalisation, and satisfaction through digital innovation.
  2. Employee Experience Transformation Champion – Honouring an HR or People & Culture leader who has enhanced workplace experience, productivity, and talent strategies through digital initiatives.
  3. Finance Transformation Champion – Celebrating a Chief Financial Officer or finance leader who has led financial transformation through automation, data-driven decision-making, and operational efficiencies.
  4. Data & AI Transformation Champion – Recognising a data or AI leader who has successfully leveraged data and artificial intelligence to drive business intelligence, automation, and strategic decision-making.
  5. Governance Transformation Champion – Awarding a risk, legal or compliance leader who has strengthened governance, compliance, and cybersecurity frameworks in an increasingly digital world.
  6. Digital Transformation Champion – Recognising a Chief Digital Officer, Chief Transformation Officer or transformational leader who has led enterprise-wide digital initiatives, delivering measurable impact and long-term business value.
