Fermanagh and Omagh District Council - Beechgrove Park Transformation

Fermanagh and Omagh District Council approved a new Play Park Strategy 2021-2030 in February 2021. The strategy aims to guide the future provision, upgrade, development and sustainable management of play parks across the district.

The analysis of need indicates that 19 play parks have been identified for transformation as determined from the Ward based approach. It is proposed that these existing play parks will be transformed to ‘green space’ with consideration given to planting and other environmentally beneficial activities.
The transformed sites will be retained in the ownership of the Council for the potential future re-development into play parks should a demographic change occur, and a need arise to serve the community

As part of year five works for the strategy, Beechgrove Park will be transformed into a Community Green Space

So that we can provide a green space suitable to meet community needs, please take a few moments to offer your thoughts, and should you wish to discuss any issues further please contact the Play Area Team at the following email address: playparks@fermanaghomagh.com

This survey will close on 27th Nov 2024 at 5.00pm. Thank you for your time.
