Introduction
The Clinical and Community Services team at Kenora Rainy-River Child & Family Services (KRRCFS) is looking to collect input from the community and services users on mental health services tailored for children and youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in the Rainy River District.
Your feedback will help KRRCFS better understand the needs of children and youth with ASD and their families as well as how mental health services could be improved to better meet those needs.
Your participation in this survey is voluntary, and you may refuse to answer any questions or withdraw at any time. Whether you choose to participate or not, your services will not be impacted in any way. Your responses will remain anonymous and confidential.
