City of Clovis, CA - Community Needs Survey

The City of Clovis is requesting input from community organizations, stakeholders and local/regional units of government into the City’s 2021-2026 Consolidated Plan for funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Office of Community Planning and Development (HUD CPD). The Consolidated Plan sets the priorities for expenditure of the City’s funding from the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG).  During this five-year planning period Clovis’ anticipates it will receive approximately $3,750,000 of CDBG funding from HUD. 

Your input is important to help the City prepare a Consolidated Plan that effectively addresses the most important needs of Clovis’ low- and moderate-income residents. The survey contains questions requesting input into identifying current gaps in services/programs.  Specific activity recommendations are welcome and encouraged.
