While last year’s shift to remote work was complicated, the return to the workplace is even more complex. Many workers seek a hybrid situation. And many expect the workplace itself to have evolved, with an emphasis on collaboration, not solitary work. Importantly, these expectations encompass changes in the physical space workers occupy—both at home and in the office.
