Cross Properties has acquired and will consolidate the property located at 9-11 Union Avenue, 3, 5, 7, and 9 Cynwyd Road. In Spring of 2018, Cross Properties expects to break ground on a new mixed-use development featuring 70+ residential units atop 5,000-8,000 SF of mixed-use product at the site called One Cynwyd.
