The FRLAEF will be holding a Regional Workshop at the Keiser University Melbourne campus on Friday, September 23, 2016.

The event will begin at 8:30 am and conclude by 2:00 pm. There is no fee to attend this event. Lunch will be provided and all attending students will receive a complimentary chef jacket.

Students will rotate through three Italian Cuisine sessions:
Kitchen 1 -- knife skills, vinaigrette production, salad composition, defining and producing antipasta.
Kitchen 2 -- fabrication of poultry, sauce production, pasta production
Kitchen 3 -- breads, stirred creams, cookies and sweet sauces

Each ProStart school may bring up to 5 ProStart students to the event. (If more space becomes available we will let you know.)

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: September 6, 2016 (This is a Tuesday!)

In the event this Regional Workshop reaches maximum capacity prior to the deadline, all subsequent schools will be placed on the waiting list.

The campus address is 900 S Babcock St, Melbourne, FL 32901. The FRLAEF will email out directions and agendas to all registered attendees prior to the event.
