Each ECHO lines/Grand Rounds full month schedule must be submitted by the 1st day of the preceding month.
Please submit once all speaker's for the month are confirmed. After the form is submitted, changes will only be considered due to extenuating circumstances. 
Speaker documentation must be completed in CloudCME or sent to the CME Coordinator at least 5 business days prior to the 1st day of the month seeking approval.
