Machinery Technician

Location: FFT Site, Sheikhupura

Education: DAE (Mechanical) with Apprenticeship scheme/Matriculation (Sci) with Apprenticeship scheme

Experience: Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in a leading fertilizer, petrochemical or other process industry unit with focus on above mentioned areas

Key Responsibilities:

Provides effective implementation of guidelines provided and ensures maintenance quality and improve plant reliability in jobs executed
Recommends to Sub Engineers the relevant spare parts that should be available before hand prior to undertake the maintenance activity.
Responsible for safe and effective job execution in his domain against the assigned tasks.
Participation in the Shop Floor meetings.
Participates in the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) before the execution of critical jobs involving high risks and communication of risks and their respective mitigation measures to concerned interfaces.
